Welcome from the Palm Lake Homeowner's Associates Board of Directors,

We aspire to live in a community that demonstrates mutual respect and provides an environment where life-long relationships can be created.  As a board overseeing the operations and finances of our community, our primary responsibility is to maintain community property in a way that provides a pleasant place to live, maximizes the value of our homes, and minimizes the associated expense.  We do this by planning well, saving and spending wisely, and using volunteer hours where possible.

If you're reading this as a current resident, we hope that you will join us in our efforts.  If you're considering moving to Palm Lake, we look forward to meeting you and having you become part of our community and sharing in the pursuit of our goals.
